Brittany Evans, MA, BCBA, COBA

Brittany is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has 11 years of experience working with individuals with a variety of special needs. Over the last 8 years she has been a BCBA specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders. 

Although she’s a native of Western Texas, she is now an independent BCBA providing ABA therapy to families and children in central Ohio. She is passionate about providing the highest level of therapy to her clients and passionate about her company, Lotus Behavior Analysis Therapy. We’re confident you’ll see a difference in the quality of therapy provided by Lotus and we look forward to speaking to you about providing exceptional individualized therapy to your child! 

Alexis Clark, M.Ed., BCBA, COBA

A central Ohio native, Alexis is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and a Master's of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis. She began her journey as a Registered Behavior Technician near Toledo for three years before returning to her hometown of London, Ohio. Her number one goal is to deliver compassionate care and create a positive experience for all her clients and their families. Outside of work, Alexis loves going on walks with her dog, paddleboarding on the lake, and traveling to new places with her husband.

Tiffany Waltz, MA, BCBA, COBA

Tiffany Waltz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 17 years of experience in ABA and Autism. She received her BA in Psychology in 2007 from The Ohio State University, and her Masters degree in ABA/Emphasis in Autism in 2014 from Ball State University. Prior to starting her graduate degree, Tiffany was introduced to ABA while working as a Behavior Technician at a center for individuals with Autism. She has provided services in private homes, centers, and school settings and has been a Director for two Autism Centers in the state of Ohio.

During the course of her career, she’s had the opportunity to work with a wide range of ages, as well as professionals in the field of education and ABA. Tiffany prides herself on always learning something new to better herself as a Behavior Analyst and providing helpful insights into the different needs of children. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family out on the farm, as well as with her cat Jazsper.

Michael Evans, BA

Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from The Ohio State University. Michael has an extensive law enforcement background that began in 2007. In 2021, Michael left his position as a Special Agent for the Department of Homeland Security to take on the challenge of becoming a healthcare executive. Since that time, Michael has served as the Managing Director for Lotus Behavior Analysis Therapy. Although Michael is proud of the work he did for our federal government, it pales in comparison to the satisfaction he feels helping our clients here at Lotus.

Yeling “Yey” Zeng, MA, BS, Lead Student Analyst

Yey is a current RBT, with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and currently pursuing her Master's of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been working as an RBT for the past 2 years in the Columbus area, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder. She aspires to become a proficient and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst while providing excellent services to individuals of various ages with developmental disabilities. During her free time, she enjoys playing with her cats, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new activities! 

Beth Janson, BA, MSFP, Student Analyst

Beth is a RBT who has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology. She has 5 years of experience in the mental health field and has spent the last 5 years working with individuals with disabilities. Beth discovered the world of ABA 4 years ago, and she immediately fell in love with working with children with Autism. When providing ABA therapy, Beth loves to sing, dance, and create art, while encouraging creativity and joy with her client. In her spare time, Beth enjoys painting, tending to her plants, and spending time with her pets. Beth aspires to become a BCBA!

Daniel Baker, BA, Student Analyst

Daniel grew up in Petaluma, California. He moved to Ohio for his undergraduate studies at Ohio Wesleyan University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Philosophy. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and his Master’s Certificate in ABA from Ball State University. His long-term goals are to receive his LPC licensure and BCBA certification following graduation and then work as a counselor and BCBA for children, teens, and young adults who have been diagnosed with behavioral health disorders. When not working, Daniel enjoys going on road trips, listening to live music, and playing with his dog.

Caitlyn Messbarger, BS, Student Analyst

Caitlyn is an RBT from Thornville, Ohio. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and law studies from the University of Mississippi in May 2023, and has always had a profound calling to work with children. Through her experience at Lotus, she fell in love with the world of Applied Behavior Analysis, finding fulfillment in helping autistic individuals thrive. Caitlyn is currently pursuing a Master's in Applied Behavioral Analysis at Ball State University to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and she is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism. In her free time, Caitlyn cherishes moments with family, friends, and, more specifically, her nieces and nephew. Caitlyn is also an avid Ole Miss football supporter and enjoys weekends tailgating in the Grove!

Kathryn “Kat” Diana, PMC, MSP, BA, Student Analyst

Kat is an RBT with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology, a master's in sports psychology, and a post-master's certificate in applied behavior analysis. She is also getting a PhD in Couples and Family Therapy. Her current goal is to become a BCBA and help counsel individuals, couples, and families. Kat has four years of experience working with individuals with autism. In her free time, she loves watching sports, hiking, and hanging out with friends and family.

Julius “JJ” Jofferion, BS

JJ is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science. JJ was recently accepted to the graduate program at The Ohio State University, where he will be working towards earning his Masters Degree in Couples and Family Therapy. He aspires to become a guidance counselor for high school students. Furthermore, in hopes of sustaining and contributing to a more positive and professional society, JJ aspires to become an independent psychotherapist focused on providing mental health support to African American families and other populations. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, learning to cook, and spending quality time with his family. 

Maria Carter, BA

Maria grew up in Hamilton, Ohio, and went to college at Youngstown State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. There, she discovered a passion for working with children, which led her to obtain her RBT certification. She has worked in ABA since March of 2023. Maria is currently pursuing a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capital University. In her free time, Maria loves to travel, try new foods, and hike!

Erica Buck, BA

Erica graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Disability Studies from The Ohio State University. She has always had a passion to help people. Erica became a behavior technician to help make a difference in the lives of our clients and their familes. Erica aspires to obtain her master’s degree in a mental health related field. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends & family, doing arts & crafts, and listening to Taylor Swift while relaxing with her two cats and hamster. 

Anthony Mullen, BA

Anthony graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. At Ohio State, he found a passion for helping individuals clinically. Professionally, he strives to foster a constructive and accepting relationship with clients and promote psychological growth. Anthony aims to receive his doctorate in Psychology and LPC licensure. He has worked in ABA since May of 2024. In his free time, Anthony enjoys cooking, going for long runs, and watching movies.

Torrey Baggett, BS

Torrey grew up in middle Tennessee, where, through family and work, she discovered her passion for working with children. Torrey attended Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2022. While working as a family support specialist, she discovered the need for bilingual workers. She is currently enrolled in Spanish classes in hopes of becoming fluent and aiding in providing services to more families. Torrey aspires to obtain her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis. Torrey and her daughter moved to Ohio in 2024 to be closer to family. In her spare time, she walks with her daughter and their cat Pickle. Torrey also enjoys playing music, video games, and creating art in her spare time.

Rachel Howard, BA

Rachel grew up in Powell, OH, and attended undergrad at The Ohio State University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2023. Rachel currently attends Capital University and is working towards her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Throughout her educational pursuits, Rachel discovered that she is passionate about children’s mental health. In her free time, Rachel loves to read, see her friends and family, and spend time with her pets, including her two dogs, two cats, a bearded dragon, and a leopard gecko.

Stephanie Kauff, BA

Stephanie grew up in Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2019 with a B.A. in Psychology, a minor in Neuroscience, and a focus in 3D art. She began working with children with developmental disabilities in high school as a volunteer teaching aid, and her career has been centered around advocacy and inclusion ever since. She plans on continuing her education in the near future. When she is not working, you'll find her doing art or out in nature.
